Add the chicken wings to a large bowl. Add all of the seasonings BUT set aside 1 tbsp of the lemon pepper seasoning, this will go into the sauce later on. Mix the wings with the seasonings until fully combined.

Add in the potato starch and mix until combined.

Add oil to a large pot and set to medium high heat.

Once hot, start frying the chicken wings for about 7-9 minutes or until perfectly golden brown and crispy. Once cooked place them onto a paper towel lined plate. Keep cooking the wings until all finished. ALTERNATIVELY: Air fry @ 375 for 25-30 mins OR Bake @ 400 for 40-45 mins(both ways flipping halfway through)

In a small sauce pan add the butter, set to medium heat, once melted, add the lemon juice and the remaining 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour in the lemon pepper sauce. Mix well to combine.
